Terms & Conditions of Bollywood Bees Quiz Competition

1. The Bollywood Bees Quiz Competition is organized by Universal Motion Pictures, and their associates, affiliates, together referred hereafter as Organizer.
2. Entrant/Contestant/Participant/Applicant, together referred herein and hereafter as Participant.
3. Bollywood Bees Quiz Competition referred hereafter as Competition. 
4. These terms and conditions apply to all competition/s featured in any publications and online services that are organized by Organizer (or a third party on Organizer’s behalf).
5. By entering this competition participant/s, accepts these terms and conditions together with any specific instructions and terms for such competition which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, or on the website, or social media communicated to participant/s in any other way (“competition information”). Such competition information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these competition terms and conditions and any competition information.
6. Organizer may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information or these terms and conditions
7. Terms & Conditions of the competition which appear here constitute a binding legal agreement between the Participant and the Organizer in all matters pertaining to the competition. 
8. Neither one who does not register, nor one who does not agree to The Terms & Conditions, will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
9. The competition is open to all residents of United States of America. Organizer may ask competition winners for proof of USA residency and if a competition winner is unable to prove their residency to Universal Motion Picture’s satisfaction (i.e. prove that they are physically present in the USA for 183 days or more in the previous or current USA tax year), Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Minimum age to partake in this competition is eight (8) years of age. However, entrants under the age of 18 must insert approval, agreement & contact details of a parent or guardian when entering. 
10. The Competition is not open to coordinators/representatives/employees and immediate families of the Organizer, the prize sponsors, or their respective advertising agencies and PR companies and companies sharing common directors with the Organizer. (i) Any company involved in the organization, management, promotion, or administration of the competition or its entry routes or donation of prizes or their agents or subsidiaries; (ii) Any company involved in any capacity in the sponsorship of a competition or competition prize.
11. Participant can play as a team; a team can have maximum two members. 
12. No substitution in the team is allowed during competition.
13. All Participants must register on site upon arriving at location despite registering online. 
14. All Participants must arrive at the competition venue two (2) hours prior to start of the competition.
15. Participation in the competition constitutes consent, approval and a declaration by the Participant and or the Parent (if the participant is a minor) that the participant / Parent has read the rules and accepts upon him / herself these instructions, and that these regulations shall apply to him / her and shall be binding for him / her for all intents and purposes. 
16. Participation in the competition confirms that Participant & or Parent of Participant have read and fully understood The Terms & Conditions of the competition. By your approval of participation in the competition, you are giving full and unconditional consent to the rules and regulations pertaining to the competition. 
17. Use of any kind of electronic device is prohibited during the competition including mobile phones. 
18. Anyone suspected by an official of cheating will be disqualified and removed from the competition.
19. Anyone deemed by an official to be purposely disrupting an event or causing nuisance/annoyance/distress to another participant/Organizer will be removed.
20. The competition Organizer reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who engages in forbidden / criminal behavior and / or cancel, change or suspend the competition. 
21. The competition Organizer reserve the right to verify the registration and compliance details of the contestants. 
22. Competition Organizer reserve the right to change the prize or offer an alternative prize of the same value at their sole discretion. 
23. The competition Organizer may change the rules at their discretion, as well as cancel and / or reject or suspend the competition for any reason without explaining why. 
24. If a participant arrives after a competition has begun, they may not be allowed into the quiz room as it could disrupt competition. Organizers may allow and may find a suitable time for a late participant to join the quiz that will not cause problems for other competitors.
25. It is not permitted to replace a team member after the first round of a quiz has started until the competition is over. If a team member is late, the team will participate with a participant short until the late-comer is permitted entry to the quiz room.
26. When playing in international competition as an individual, a participant may choose to represent any country if participant holds that country’s citizenship. 
27. Should an answer be interjected from the audience prior to answer being given, the question will be discarded, and a new question will be asked. 
28. The Judges, Organizer & Team Member’s decision is Final and cannot be challenged. 
29. The Competition’s format will be distributed to participant(s) after the registration and before 3 days of competition.
30. The entire competition will be held in the State of New Jersey.
31. All qualifying Participants will receive certificate of Participation. 
32. The Organizer will have complete ownership of the program. Participant gives Organizer the right to use his/her name, likeness, voice, picture, video and biographical material to publicize the program and the services of the Organizer. 
33. Participant/s allows the Organizer to use Participant’s name, photographs, video , sound recordings and any copies so made and likeness without any compensation for the purposes of education, promotion, broadcast and advertising on each media and entertainment platform which is available including but not limited to Internet & Social media. 
34. Participant waives, releases and discharges the Organizer, and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the competition holders, sponsors, and volunteers; from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for his/her death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to Participant including his/her traveling to and from, the competition, filming. Participant Indemnify, Hold Harmless and promise not to sue Organizer and or persons mentioned in this paragraph from all liabilities or claims made because of participation in the competition, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. 
35. The copyright of all the format, concept, story, program, photographs, videos, sound tracks remains with the Organizer. 
36. The participant will not receive any compensation from organizer for their participation in the competition and for any photographs, video recording , sound recording, promotion, broadcast and advertising.
37. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement by and between the Organizer & Participant and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and agreements with respect to the competition and the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written. 
38. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, USA. 
39. The terms and conditions may change without prior notice. Participant/s and or Parents , Guardian agrees to all the future changes in the terms and conditions.
